lean veal mince (you can use beef mince if you prefer) slices mozzarella cheese tomato handfuls rocket breadcrumbs large onion (finely chopped) BBQ sauce avocado |

METHOD: |
1. Make 4 patties by mixing veal, onion, breadcrumbs and sauce together.
2. Cut patties in half and place cheese snuggly inside and put tops back on patties. 3. Heat pan and spray with oil and cook patties (approx. 3 mins each side). 4. Make burger by spreading avocado, then add rocket and slices of tomato. 5. Add cooked veal patty and enjoy! |
