Air Fried Marinated Chicken Breast with Salad |

sweet chilli sauce sesame oil soy sauce cucumber (chopped) carrot (grated) mixed salad leaves |

METHOD: |
1. Combine sesame oil, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce in a bowl.
2. Gently and lightly ‘crosshatch’ chicken breast with a knife 3. Rub the marinade into the chicken breast, focusing on the crosshatched areas. 4. Place chicken breast in a bowl, cover and let sit for an hour in the fridge. 5. Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees (if you don’t have an air fryer you can bake in the oven). 6. Place chicken for 15 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes. 7. Slice chicken breast and serve with salad. 8. Enjoy! |
