Prawn & Feta Salad
Ingredients Measurements
•Some lettuce or leafy salad mix
•sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
•reduced fat feta, diced
•avocado, chopped
•cooked king prawns
•lemon juice
•olive oil
•balsamic vinegar

METHOD:
1. Combine all your ingredients in a bowl except for the prawns, lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar and give a thorough toss.

2. Place the prawns on top, drizzle the lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top then season to taste!
