hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli sauce if you prefer) low-fat mayonnaise lettuce carrot beetroot (optional) tomato wholemeal bread roll |

METHOD: |
1. Heat fry-pan and spray with oil
2. Slice chicken breast in half v 3. When hot add chicken and cook for approx. 4 minutes on each side or until cooked 4. Combine chilli and mayonnaise and spread on a roll 5. Add all salad 6. Add chicken and eat! Adams Tip: this serves 1, but you can double the recipe if you are cooking for more than one. |
