Chilli Chicken Burger
Ingredients Measurements
•lean chicken breast
•hot chilli sauce (or sweet chilli sauce if you prefer)
•low-fat mayonnaise
•lettuce
•carrot
•beetroot (optional)
•tomato
•wholemeal bread roll

METHOD:
1. Heat fry-pan and spray with oil

2. Slice chicken breast in half
v 3. When hot add chicken and cook for approx. 4 minutes on each side or until cooked

4. Combine chilli and mayonnaise and spread on a roll

5. Add all salad

6. Add chicken and eat!

Adams Tip: this serves 1, but you can double the recipe if you are cooking for more than one.
